Claims Steps

Step 1

Inspect your property: we will investigate your damage in an appropriate manner
This includes:

* do the inspection of the 13 points
* the opinion of one of our expert adjusters
* take photos and videos,
* check your insurance policy
* make sure you have the correct coverage
* complete all necessary forms for a successful claim

Step 2

Preparation of the estimate: We have extensive experience in the preparation of estimates,
since we have the same system used by insurance companies, making it more efficient and
effective at the time of negotiation.

Step 3

We represent you throughout the process: Every time the insurance company goes to inspect
your property, we will be there, every time a letter arrives we will answer for you and keep you
informed at all times. Our intention is that you don't have to worry about anything.

Step 4

Maximize your payment:
We have extensive experience in the negotiation of claims and while we are not happy with the
payment received from the insurance we will continue working until recovering a monetary
compensation that satisfies our client.
